Thread colour

Which thread colour would you prefer?

Navy is our standard thread colour at no extra cost. A single solid colour swap is +$10. Multicolour (multiple thread changes within one design) is +$50. If you're after a specific shade, let me know in the notes and I'll confirm it's available before embroidery begins.

Timing

Do you need your keepsake by a particular date?

Turnaround times vary depending on current orders. Lead time is currently around 2 weeks and you'll be notified if this changes for your order.

Postage is additional and will be charged at the applicable Australia Post rate. Local pickup details will be arranged with you directly.

Your total price is based on your selected size, thread, frame and any postage. Your invoice will be sent once your keepsake has shipped, with payment due within 7 days.

Please Note:

Some detailed designs may need slight adjustments to translate well into embroidery. If needed, I’ll discuss this with you before stitching.

FAQs

Can I combine more than one note or drawing?

Yes. I can combine elements from multiple notes, signatures or drawings into one keepsake. For combined elements or detailed designs, I recommend choosing A4 so there’s enough space for everything to translate beautifully into embroidery. If you’re unsure, upload your design and I’ll confirm the best size before finalising your order.


Will I see the design before it’s embroidered?
Digital proofs are available on request, just let me know in notes when you submit your order and I'll send one through before I start stitching.
